1st course:  Corn Dog Undone – Smoked duck “hot dog” with local veggie chow chow, cornbread fritters & smoked whole grain mustard aioli.   Beer – Amber Sun Ale
2nd course:  Bison Chili Pie – House made doritos topped with caramelized mushroom bison chili served with cotija cheese & taqi crumble. Beer – Inlet IPA
3rd course:  Oreo Funnel Cake – with Woodside Farms Cookies and Cream Ice Cream, espresso ganache, & crushed oreos.  Beer – Tiller Brown Ale
